This time National City Bank is also offering $300 checking account bonus for new customers who open a new checking account at National City, make direct deposit and other banking activities. National City Bank offers $75, $150 or even $200 bonus every now and then. But it is really rare to see a $300 bonus at this time.

Here are some points you need to know:

$100 bonus: Set up direct deposit of your paycheck/pension/social security (at least $400) and having 10 check card purchases within 60 days of account opening.

Additional $100 bonus: Keep the direct deposit and complete an additional 25 check card purchases by 3/31/2010.

The 3rd $100 bonus: Keep the direct deposit and complete an additional 25 Check Card purchases by 5/31/2010.

It seems that all of the 3 $100 bonuses are easy to get. You need to make direct deposit of $400 or more and use National City Check Card to make purchases until 05/31/2010. This offer ends on November 28, 2009.
