I want to know how this download thing works? When i purchase this product do i download it to my computer then do i burn it as image on to an couple cd’s? I wanna know the process and i went through alot blogs. Still nothing on this!

@Izzi Yes you can, but you have to back-up everything, completely wipe clean your hard drive and start over from scratch. Don't ask me how you are suppose to download windows 7 off of a website onto a computer with XP.

Hi, Jaimee, can you just use downloaded version to upgrade your OS? Order a CD version would cost $13.

I ordered this a couple months back and had nothing but problems with DigitalRiver. They never sent me the DVD, never returned my emails and ripped me off. Google DigitalRiver issues/problemns and you will see pages and pages of people getting ripped off. They don’t list a phone number on their site so you can’t call them to tell them you haven’t received your DVD and they do not return emails. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DIGITAL RIVER. They are HORRIBLE. I can’t believe Microsoft would even deal with them.
