I also want to mention that the conversion rate for citicard is very confusing and inconsistent unlike other rewards programs. the best deal i could find from thankyou.com was a gift card for 100$ for 14,000 points. that's 140 points per dollar. Cash reward was set at 100$ for 16,000 points. i'm glad the bonus went through but these rewards rates are frankly awful even compared to chase freedom which i also stopped using.
