This week it is 8%, last week when I bought something off eBay it was 9%... so it changes, but hell, no matter if it is 5% or 8% whatever the difference, a few extra dollars is better than nothing. I just purchased some new tires for my car, and got an extra $10 back... that's free money, the way I look at it, that I would not of gotten otherwise.
