Along with several other dissatisfied customers, I would like to request that the free FICO score that WAMU previously offered on the credit card be reinstated. This was a helpful tool for those people trying to manage their debt and raise their credit scores. Please consider reinstating this feature on the credit cards. I tried http://www.creditkarma.com & I recommend checking it out. I’m using it until it lasts. They offer free credit fico score from transunion in exchange of ad revenue on their page.

Guys, I’m also about to leave chase, soon as I clear my outstanding balance. Sears has a credit card that also provides a free fico score, so obviously this is my next stop.

In addition to no FICO score has anyone else had a problem with their interest rates on credit cards going from 9.9% to 29.9% without any notice?

I too am unhappy to learn this! My free FICO score was the one and ONLY reason why my hubby and I got the card…Bye bye Chase!
