		<description>I had this card and i loved it very much. Unfortunately, Capital One Discontinued it in Dec of 2008. If anybody else had this card the only bank that is offering this type of card is HSBC. You would want to go to www.hsbcusa.com/optipay   The opipay series is almost exactly like this. And it is still available.</description>

		<description>I gave my daughter the copied cap 1 site page,  and she took it to the local branch of Vapital 1 bank  and opened a checking account with Direct deposit and they gave her the 200 dollar bonus...!!!</description>
