PNC bank has a check card promotion in which you can earn 5% rebate on check card purchases made through July 31, 2008. You can find the promotion page is at pnc.com/offers. It seems the only requirement is that you should open a personal checking account with a PNC Bank Visa Check Card by March 31st.
