You have to login and visit the “refer a friend” page in your account. There you can send emails to your friends.

I signed up and recieved the instant $25.00 + $20 in referrals. I also sold and received payments from ioffer.com (totaling $668). I requested a transfer to my linked bank account and I have not received it yet.
