I agree with everyone that has said this is very difficult to use. I, too, have taken about 4 days to get the report. Finally got it, but it is not detailed as they claim. I, too, don’t like the first 4 pages of Chase advertising. I already have a list of 37 things I DO NOT LIKE about Chase and their services. This makes number 38!!! I would NOT recommend Chase Bank, their cards, or their services to anyone -not even my worse enemy!!!

you guys are as mixed as the goverment—you tell me how to log on to my account to get my to get my past year statements so i can make out my income tax—-and i get nothing that even come close —you need to get your act together

I have been trying for a week to get into the chase year-end summary. I see it, ok, at the bottom of the statement page but it won’t let me know the details. I use this thing everyyear in doing taxes. Makes them easier. Citibank was so easy but we switched to chase this last year and now I can’t get a thing. Mail it to me asap, please.!! The thing is driving me crazy.

This is a waste of time I get to my statement but I don`t see where it says to click on the yearend statement I tryed many times and I don`t get anywhere… I am tired trying so if you please send me my year end statement by regular mail You do have my address.
AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM SENDING THISSSSSSSS! DON`T TELL ME IT IS A DUPLICATE
