How do you logg on? I keep getting e mails to view from Company but can’t figure out hold to logg on to sign in? Sure is QUEER!

I agree with all of the above. How the hell do you log on? I will be shortly leaving this company because it has been giving me nothing but problems and frankly I think I’m getting ripped off.

What kind of company is this that can’t correct a problem in a year. The notice that was sent out was a waste of time. Has anyone been able to get to the log in site?

This is probably the worst offer I have ever experienced.
The Chase managers should be proud of the completely stupid
(FREE!!!) “OFFER” for a year end summary. You have succeeded
in my arranging to change my bank. I can”t afford to waste my time on such a witless crew as Chase.

I can’t understand why Chase would offer a “free” year end summary and then put me through a maze of websites that have nothing to do with my Chase year end summary.
This is extremely frustrating!
I may even change my accounts because of it.
Chase is so interested in selling things that it has lost sight of its customer needs!

This is the most frustrating waste of time. I finally succeeded in getting in to the year end summary a couple days ago after at least a half hour of trying different ways to get there, and now am having the same problem.
