Hi flyman,I don’t think so. According to the FAQ: “Chase cardmembers who currently have or have had a Chase credit card in this Rewards Program or have received a similar bonus offer, may not be eligible for a second Chase credit card in the same Rewards Program, or for this bonus offer.”

I was told by a Chase rep. that you have to spend the $3000 within the first 30 days of having the card to receive the $100 additional bonus. Does anyone have more information regarding this as the promotion weblink doesn’t state a time period?

According to the T&C: “You will receive $100 in bonus rebates with this bonus offer, which can be redeemed for a $100 check. You will receive your bonus when you make qualifying transactions totaling $3,000 or more. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after your qualifying transactions appear on your billing statement for bonus rebates to post to your account. Qualifying transactions include purchases, balance transfers, and any checks that are used to access your account, and exclude cash advances. To qualify for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time cardmembers with new accounts. Existing cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer.” You don’t have to spend the $3000 in one month. You can print tout the page and use it for future use. Customer reps are sometimes confusing us. Don’t worry.
