I called Chase this afternoon. That guy put me hold for about 10 mins, and then told me that he approved my application and I should receive my new Chase Sony Card in 7-10 days! Amazing! I got my Sony Card finally! The phone number is 800-480-1870. I think this phone number belongs to the new accounts department. With this phone, you can talk to the credit analysts in person which will give you great chance to get new credit card. SO please remember this number.
