I have tried. Send money to another my account.

For the sending account, the transaction is free. But for the receiving account, Paypal charged $0.30 plus 4% amount of the money. And it seems one account can only receive money from credit card for 5 times per year. This is the point, which means you can not use this method to get cash from the credit card with low fees.

So, change the account or rebuild it after every 5 times transfer?

Hi, Shawn. I'm sorry. I should make this clear. You can keep an account as basic and another account must be premier. Thus you don'n have the restrction. At the same time, the transaction fee is also deducted. The advantage is you can play multiple times per day. However, you shold also be aware that PayPal will suspend your account. (there is a trick, you might try $0.02 or $0.01. see whether there is a negative balance)Anyway, this is the best way to do KTC. I used to pay T-Mobile and Insight day by day about $x.01. And in 3 months, I have got more than $200.

On order to take advantage of PayPal, you should have two PayPal accounts. One account use BOA check card as primary payment. Another account....I don't care....
